What paperwork will I need to complete to lease a KLM property?

You will need to complete the “Resident Application” located under “How to Lease” on KLMProperty.com.  The next step once the Resident Application is completed will be to review and sign your Rental Agreement.  In some cases a parents “Co-Sign Agreement” may also need to be signed.
